Remote Assistance Service

As an integrator, sometimes you may encounter some integration problem that is difficult to solve. You need R&D technical personnel to engage remote assistance. You can hire us to do the job.

Please note:

  • You need to be sure that you are able to make the target system available to remote access for uninterrupted 3 working days before considering to ask Genius Vision to perform remote assistance. Without this precondition we cannot schedule our R&D resource and therefore wouldn't be able to help you.
  • Remote assistance is subject to consultant services, which requires charging of consultant fee and is available only through our distributors. For more information, please refer to Consultancy.
  • Hiring R&D personnel to do remote assistance could be potentially expensive. It's best that your field support engineer can narrow-down the possible causes of problem before requesting R&D remote assistance service.
